Hi,

I would be greatful if some one can help me on the documents required for legal opinion.

I have EC since 1/1/1987 till date
Parent Document
POA
I do not have any document prior to 1987 currently.

Please help me as what all I need to verify before buying the land.

Hi Daya,
Mainly you require

RTC (Phani)
KATA Extract
Tippini
Akarbandh
30 Years EC
Check if its granted land for SC/ST

If its Karnataka you should have Puchaser Phani and lot of other restrictions are there.
