I'm planning to buy a 3 acre land to grow pomegranate. I can't understand why people talk about contracting farmers and paying them a monthly salary. Once the initial labour of tilling the land and planting the saplings is done, the only remaining job is to water them regularly, for which we don't need any labour right? Where can I get such one time farming labour near Erode?
