EM technology in India under the agreement with EMRO, Japan. EM technology is being used successfully in more than 140 countries for the last 30 years.
It has been productively used as a tool in Agriculture and Animal Husbandry based activities/Projects to ensure poverty alleviation, capital revenue generation, reducing food insecurity, improving the socio economic status of the users, social mobilization and has brought smiles and relief on many stress filled faces.
EM stands for Effective micro organisms
The principal microbes present are
Lactic Acid Bacteria (Lactobacillus spp.),
Yeast (Saccharomyces spp.),
Phototrophic Bacteria (Rhodopseudomonas spp.)
These microbes coexist in liquid culture below a pH of 3.5. The micro organisms are not genetically engineered, exotic or imported. They are produced in our manufacturing facility at Kolkata. These microbes are facultative and exhibits both aerobic and anaerobic characteristics. They work in a wide range of pH, temperatures and salinity
We manufacture a variety of products like in agriculture segment (i.e)
1. Maple Em.1 hariyali ( plant growth promoter.)
2. Maple Agriculture Bokashi (organic fertilizer enriched with effective microorganisms)
3. Maple Primo (premium plant growth promoter.)
4. Maple termin (organic pest repellent.)
5. Maple Em.1 neem (neem based organic manure.)
6. Maple Em.1 power (premium organic manure.)
And in Animal/Aqua culture segment (i.e)
1. Maple Em.1 Pashuamrut (Feed additive, sanitation, drinking water).
2. Maple Em.1 Aqua magic (For fisheries and prawn culture).
3. Maple Animal Bokashi (feed additive).
