I own approx. 1.25 acre of land with a pond nearby. i want to setup a diary farm there. now i have a cow with little production for home purpose. i would like to setup a professional farm. how many cattle can i have in this land. what would be the cost. and other technical informations.

i have started a dairy farm with 2 jersey cows that produce 20 litrs of milk on an average..
i want to sell curd as it is more profitable but i am confused how to start as buffalo curd is more preffered in our region..
what can i do to initiate the thing..
i would also like to know about high milk producing breeds of cattle(i am ready to expand)
