Details about Green House farming

Hello all,

I am interested in Green House farming. I am from Puttur a place near Mangalore.
I am new to this field and have no idea about the investments required, Land required, resturns etc..
What are the crops or flowers that i can cultivate in a Green House?
What will be the investments and returns in each case?
Can anyone please help me out with these details?

ya sir we are here to help u. Its a good idea of urs to start up with green house. Tell me for how much area are u planning. Ans i want to tell u that if u make a visit to nearby nurseries etc u can definitely get a good idea and contacts to go forward. I suggest u to please visit West Coast nursery Uchila Udupi and contact Mr. Amith Soans and just take an idea of the farm.

U can cultivate crops like rose, gerbera, anthurium, bird of paradise, orchides in ur gren house. the cost will depend on the area and the type of green house u take on.
