Delayed Transplantation of paddy

I have started doing agriculture on our land recently. This year, I am sowing paddy myself. I sowed hybrid paddy seeds on 24 of last month and the nursery grew well. But due to unavailability of labour, the transplantation is getting delayed. I want to know since it has crossed the 30 days window, what measures I can take to make sure that i get enough tillers and good yield?
