Hi
I would like to start a poultry farm, Can some one give us details for the below questions. Based on that I can take a decision.
1. How much innvestment is required
2. I am planing to start the farm outskits of chennai
3. What is the area required
4. is there any government certificate required
5. What is ROI.

You ca start it at the outskirts of chennai. Suguna poultry provide training for poultry and also have a buy back facility. You can contact them or even the animal husbandry officer at the krishi vigyan Kendra. In poultry you need to decide if it is for eggs or meat.broiler farming or layer farming.
