dairy project help?

can any one help me in setting up dairy project with 20-30 buffo.. is there any subsidy from government?.. can we make use of machine for milk drawing from buffol?.. how much it project cost and how many acreas of land needed for set up dairy and food production..

about getting loans

hi,
I am student of M.Sc(agri) in University of Agricultural Sinces, Dharwad, Karnataka. is there is any subsidies for agriculture students to establish dairy.
And also want to cultivate jerbera frowers in the same field, so how can i prepare project for loan.
