Dairy Farming

Sir,I want to open dairy farm from at least 50 cows.For that I arrange 1.5 beegha land in Lucknow.I want to know how much I need to spend to by good cows producing maximum milk and from where I can by.Is it possible to get cows producing milk 40 to 50 lts/day.The land I have is enough or shall I need to by more.How much capital approximately will be required for complete setup from a to z including equipments needed etc.Can I get some subsidy from the government for buying cows or in complete setup.
