We are a registered district level Co-operative society in Jharkhand state with 478 members, out of this 478 members 200 members have taken a 5 cow loan from Bank Of India total amounting 6.5 cr out of which 2.48 is back end subsidy provided by state govt. for which subsidy demand letter has been raised.
Now in India for the 1st time we are implementing the managed service in dairy sector where in we had an tri party agreement with the co-operative members, bank and co-operative society to run the dairy farm and market the milk and by product compromising of 1000 milking cattle's with 600 calf's.
For milk marketing we had an agreement with state milk federation and as well some private players also since Jharkhand is less milk production state where in main milk supplier state is Bihar, so the opportunity is large.
Our daily Milk production capacity is 10,000 ltrs our aim is to bring the daily milk production level to 50,000 then we will be putting up our own processing plant.
For running the show we have taken 55 acres of land on lease for green fodder production, in house vet doctors will be there with milking machine and Vermicompost bed for organic fertiliser.
Now for running the show we are looking for the investor who can invest 3 cr or more and can associate with us for long term relationship, yearly return on investment will vary from 20% to 30%.
