Dairy Farming at Hiriyur

We have 3 Acre & 7 Guntas of Land in Hiriyur. We are planning to start a dairy farm in the land.

Is Hiriyur a suitable area to start Dairy Farm?
Can we cultivate Napier Grass in the Land? Is Hiriyur a good area for Green Fodder cultivation.

Is the land enough to accommodate 20-25 cattle alongwith green fodder cultivation.
