Dairy farmimg

Hello,

im going to start a small dairy farm having land of about 5 acres on the outskirts of mumbai might be 100 kms from mumbai the farm will come in raigad district having 20 buffalos initially i have got infrastructure ,manpower and land .

now my question is for fodder which crops to grow?

i have thought of HYBRID napier and lucerne also let me know from where i will get best quality seeds to grow it.

i have the project report ready want to know which bank will help me with the loan ?

Also want to know where in maharshtra i will get high milk yielding MURRAH buffalos as im not comfortable with bringing it from haryana ?
