I am ch.V. Krishna Reddy,Komaripllem,East Godavari dist,Andharapradesh,i have proposed to step in Dairy Farm with 30 Buffolo.
I don't know about the basic of dairy farm. But i am too much intersted to start the business.
Is there any answer of my question

1. Which type of Buffolo i have to purchase for this area?
2. How may acres of land required for 30 buffolo cattleshed?
3. How mamy acres of land required for feeding?
4. Which type of foods are suitable for them ?
5. How much feed required for per buffolo?
6. If i will feed the buffolo for their satisfication, How much qty of milk, she will give?
7. How may labours required for their care ?
8. What are firsted treatment for them.
9. How i have to take care of them and which vaccine i have to keep with me ?

If you may able to answer above all questions, then only start, if not try to understand what kind of animals growing in your home/area/place and try to know about growing them first?

Small request : I prefer u best start Cow dairy farm and also i request u to attend a training for dairy farm conducted by KVK baramathi.Which will help you a lot and also make u positive into the field of diary.

1. Which type of Buffolo i have to purchase for this area?

2. How may acres of land required for 30 buffolo cattleshed?
50 to 60 sq ft of land required.Im not 100 sure in this aspect . but im aprroximate .
3. How mamy acres of land required for feeding?
1 acre of land need for irrigating 7-8 buffaloes.(30/7= ... acres)
4. Which type of foods are suitable for them ?
C04- co5 / Maize/Lucerene/Soyabean/alfalfa
5. How much feed required for per buffolo?
10% of the body weight of the buffalo
6. If i will feed the buffolo for their satisfication, How much qty of milk, she will give?
depends on the breed of buffalo u bring.(but buffalo eat 100% and utilise 50 % for body weight and rest for giving milk.)
7. How may labours required for their care ?
for milching 10 animals 1 person, 2 person specially for removing dung and cutting the grass.
8. What are firsted treatment for them.
None first but u should do treatment throught out untill ur with dairy if any problem persits.
9. How i have to take care of them and which vaccine i have to keep with me ?
Make use of the veterniry untill u get experienced.
