I read your message few months before also in AI site but did not respond at that time coz my plans of owning a farm like yours was far away from my reach then and now I hope it is coming near and wish to know more about it though you have given a wider explanation. Per month rent and the deposit money mentioned is open for negotiation?
What is the minimum tenure of rental agreement offered? I intend to take it for a minimum period of TEN YEARS or do you intend to sell it?
What is the PH level of soil in the farm, nature of soil and what are the current crops cultivated?
Is there any YIELD currently available and if yes, give details.
The LAKE you mentioned is attached to this land or it is nearby only?Is it possible to use by the tenant?
Please provide more details, terms & conditions of LONG LEASE, photos/videos etc
Any other potential information you feel useful for a prospective tenant/buyer.
