Revised leasing terms for the dairy farm.
20 acres of agri land including Dairy farm(around 1 acre) with the following machineries,

Milking Machines 5
Cutting machine 2
Milk can 10
Generator 15 KV 1
Green fodder cutting machine 1
Infrastructure to milk the cows.
Bore well and a well with an overhead tank with 10000 litres water capacity.
Infrastructure with two sheds for storage and 2 sheds for family stay
3 wells with free electricity is available.

We have arrived at an amount of Rs.6,000/- per acre per month. Please note, Infrastructure has been created to accomodate 200 cows.

Just think of the total earnings from 50 cows(jersey),
