black type land is suitable or not?

1. Tissue-culture is best as it is disease free at the time of planting. But
2. Gooti is also equally good provided it is disease free (Test few plants before purchasing for disease)
3. Black soil is not suitable (Good soil should be red loamy or red laterite with excellent drainage facility )

Tissue culture is better as it eliminates the risk of diseases. Black soil is not suitable. However, you can send the pictures of the soil for better comments.
