I would like to know his this palm oil can be used for cooking purpose like olive oil. As, this the first time I am reading that palm have these many ingredients in it and can be used for cooking purpose. But, in an article which I read from https://www.bestessaycompany.info/ blog it says that palm oil is high cholesterol oil which should be avoid for cooking purpose.
