If you are looking for exotic breeds, you can buy jersey and HF. If you are looking for indegenous variety then red sindhi, Sahiwal, Hariana. If you are very keen then you can approach the animal husbandry department , Uttarakand. They have many projects running for subsidy. They will be able to help to source the selected breed.
