Thanks for response.

We work out the project as-

Milking cows one time 30,second months 35 third month 35
Alwas in milking = 65 cows x15 liter/day
selling price Rs 13/liters
After duduction of all recuring exp net profit margin will be 17to 18%

From this margin we are offering the investor 12.5% pm for his investment of Rs.35 lakhs .
His profit share will be base up 1000 liters/day capacity.
Contract period is 9 years
Total Project Cost with all infra structure is Rs.90 to 95 lakhs
