Cost for installing a borewell in farm in andhra pradesh

Hi,
I am krishna from guntur,Andhra Pradesh
Can anybody tell me the cost of each conrete/stone pole and cost of wire for agriculture land fencing.

And also plz anybody tell me the cost for borewell drilling in agriculture land.

to around 200-250 deep.

for installing a borewell ,what are the permissions reqd from govt ?
