Contract farming

I have fertile land in the size of 30 Acre with Two open well ample water also canal is passing through land.
Main approach tar road located in Nashik district Maharashtra State Bharvas fata-shirdi road. I wish to give the entire land on contract farming or on joint venture. Short term or long term Best for floriculture ,Horticulture ,Dairy farm Poultry form Vegetable production. All can be in one shed and one place. Main road touch. Ideal spot for commercial farming.
Soil is black fertile .Neighbors are growing Sugar cane and grapes. At present no irrigation facility but can be provided as required. Along with the required shed and accommodation.

Hi,
As far the state of irrigation it is not in running condition but the main cannal from dam is passing through the land.It also has got own two open well one in the land another on the bank of main channel.1km awaay from the land ,water brought through under ground pipe line.Soil is black,one piece and in a running condition.Irrigation facility at present not in running condition but can be made operational within short notice.Last seson maize was cultvated at momemnt nothing is sown.For further detail contact on my email kamal_sha20@yahoo.com
