Contract farming

i am a chemical engineer , i have 15 acres land with all the infrastcture like water well , drip irrigation , storage facility and all. i am serching for some one (company or individual) intrested for contract farming for any good product.

i can even make JV(joint venture also).

if land requirement is more then , my neighbour have 100 acrers land and he is also intrested for the same.

if some budy have good project with strong finance position then we can work together.
