i am doing extra virgin coconut oil, dessicated coconut, coconut oil, coconut cake n coir fibre (from coconut husk) producer. Now i m facing problum of incresing cost, to raduce cost, increse profit and optimum utilisation i plan to backward diversification
1. Bufflow farmunit, as coconut cake, grass dried and green availabke with me
2. Bio-gas plant, usine bufflow urine, dung, coconut water. Gas can use to fire drier insted of husk.
3. Small de-fibering unit using gerrn husked coconuts purcheseg from frmers or farmer groups

1.to me maximise profit, avioid enviromental problum from coconut water.
2.to consumers. Get best product a resonable price, if sales increse my profit too.
3. Farers get good price for their produce, it eilll induce them to to produce more
