I wanted to build a Farm house on a 3 acre agriculture land, need assistance.

Hi Mahesh : You can build a simple Farm house first costing around 35 to 50K. Frame work of 1.5" Pipe and Sides and roof built by Tata Steel Sheets with Poder coat painted available in various colours and sizes. There are many other make steel sheets also available in market. Once U establish, then you can go in for a proper house. In any case I prefer a 20' X 20' open chabutara (We call it Ota in Marathi) with some rural look roof and sides partly covered with may be shade net. That will be good as work place for farm workers or even good place to have tea-biscuits when guests come.
