- How we do it-
- Let us take an example of one acre purely barren land dependent on scanty rain water.
- Prior to next rainy season we prepare the soil and make it habitant with earth warms. EARTH WARMS are soil engineers and these insects prepare a maze of tunnels to capture every drop of rain water and circulation of air.
- There will be no soak tank or bore well. The entire plot will accumulate water at five to ten ft below top and the roots of the plants will find this source.
- At the start of rainy season we plant trees on the boundary of the plot. For one acre we plant about two hundred trees. Like Moringa, neem, babool , emli and subabool will be planted .
- By the next rainy season these trees will be about five to ten ft in height.
- After this another 400 to 500 trees will be planted in this plot of one acre.
- By the start of third year rainy season the boundary tree will start giving produce giving profit of about Ra one thousand per tree.
- And from the fourth year all the 600 trees will start giving produce. With most modest estimate the annual profit of about six lacs year. This profit will not be dependent on mandi rates , climate . Profits will accrue daily and buyers will come on the spot.
- The produce of moringa, babool, imli and even neem have regular local and international demand and no sales or rate problems.
- We do it on turn key basis till the profits starts.
- Expanses-
- You have to bear expanses for about one year from first rainy season.
- If you can arrange proper local staff than about 100 ti 150 local desi murgi ( only desi ) can be raised also. So after initial cost of chics the income will start from next month.
- An egg cost Rs ten to twenty and one week chic about Rs fifty. The value of chic will double every month , so it can be rotated . Sale the old ones and buy new fresh stock.
- So regular income will start after one month only. The murgi flock will also the improve the quality of soil and the fruit trees will give better quality produce.
- If you are in UP that there is liberal scheme of subsidy for sheep farms starting from ten lacs to one crore. There are also central schemes for all states for subsidy for fruit trees and animal husbandry through which all your initial cost will be recovered.
