Complete line of Maize Flour Mill Equipment Flow have five steps and simple to operate:
1. raw maize acceptance→2. raw maize cleaning →3. peeling and degerming → 4. crushing and milling → 5. automatic packing
Impurities removal in the separator and destoner firstly and then the pure corn be transformed to peeling machine, after intensive and gentle peeling, the maize will be degermed in the polishing machine. Then the granular maize (without skins and germs) will be grinded and milled by roller mill. After the circulatory milling and flour grading, the wantted products will be packed by the automatic packing machine.
