Situated in fertile, well known coffee belt near Arehally in Sakleshpur Taluk, consists of:
•26,000 fully grown, young and yielding Arabica plants;
•About 2,200 Robusta plants;
•4,200 Pepper vines;
•2,600 Areca plants of which 800 are yielding, rest will yield next year;

Important Notes:
1.About 25% of coffee plants, 30% pepper vines and 50% areca are young plants which would commence yielding from next year onwards.
2.About 560 trees of valuable timber, girth 1 meter and above have been identified and listed. Value of about Rs 20 Lacs from this is assured. Another 650+ trees of girth less than 1 meter girth have been identified but not listed.
3.16 Rose wood trees out of which 6 are fully grown will fetch a minimum of Rs. 10 Lacs. Teak seedlings have been planted along the perimeter of the boundary and fresh planting of Silver Oak seedlings have been carried out last year.
4.There are 1,900 Silver Oaks. 450-500 are “A” Class measuring above 26” at the lower part of the trunk. Value of this is about Rs 20 Lacs.
5.Further development activities contemplated :
a)Drip irrigation to entire pepper vines;
b)Planting of Orange & Silver Oak seedlings;
c)Annual coffee replanting “hoak”
d)Addition of pepper vines, scope to plant further 2000+ vines.
