Coconut trees for green Rajasthan

Sir/Madam,
Myself harsh kumar from rajasthan want to ask that coconut trees can be grown in rajasthan, because some of areas have sea cost like features such as white sand, good ground water level(salty water) , except weather conditions in summer and in winter, but little palm trees are there. So again i want to ask that any probabiltiy of growing coco trees in rajasthan.
If we grow coco trees in raj. what precautions should be kept, from where we can purchase good quality , disease resistant coconut plants. I want to grow coconut trees only for green raj. not for any business purpose.
Please provide details of other plants which can be fastly grown in desert area.
