Coconut Planting expense and Variety

Hello -

Im a upcoming farmer and I have 4 acres of river irrigation land. Im planning to convert into coconut farm. Please guide me with the following questions
1) Which tree should I choose? tall variety or Hybrid?
2) How much cost it will take to plant one sapling (pit labour, Sapling cost, manures, sand etc.. )
3) Tall trees vs Hybrid pros and cons?
