As the dryer machine is used wider and wider, the variety of the dryer machine increases accordingly as well. According to the drying methods, the dryer machine can be divided into the following sorts generally:
Firstly, rotary dryer.
That is the common dryer machine, and the biggest characteristic of this dryer machine is that its application range is wide. Except for drying coal slime of high moisture content, it can also dry hard ore particle. For irregular and flammable crop, such as the straw, wheat ear,etc, it can dry them safely as well. At present, this dryer machine is of mature technology and huge scale, so the cost investment is small.
Weakness: low efficiency, big device volume, big steel consumption, big floor space, high investment.
Secondly, vertical dryer.
The floor space of the vertical dryer is smaller than that of the rotary dryer. Because of the unique vertical design, it floor space is smaller and the materials are discharged from the top to the bottom at the material outlet. It has more drying process, so the drying effect is better. This kind of dryer machine is suitable for small working environmental enterprises.
Weakness: the upper part material sliding basin is easily blocked because of the viscidity of the material. Because there is no proper material, the bottom solid material sliding basin and the material sliding cone are easily broken, and the drying quality is not easy to control.
Thirdly, coal slime dryer.
It is widely used for drying non-heat sensitive materials such as the coal slime, raw coal, flotation plant, mixing plant, blast furnace slag, clay, peng bentonite, limestone, slag, tailings. Using the unique scattering device can dry the agglutinating coal slime, increase the connecting area of the coal slime and the hot air and improve the heat use ratio greatly. The moisture content of the dried coal slime can be decreased to lower than 12%, and can be used as fuel directly.
Weakness: high coal consumption, material discharge moisture is hard to control, and the relative output is low.
