Dear Members,

I would like to start a Chicken farm near Mysore.Initially i would like to start with only 1000 chickens and then slowly increase the birds.Can you help me on the details of the project as to how much it will cost , investment for the maintenance and approximate yield per batch.We have sufficient water and we have to start from the construction of shed.Youo may also kindly write to me

Dear Sir,
Production cost per bird is Rs.110/- sale of live bird is at Rs.40 per kg.
Loss is about Rs.20 to 25. This is the trend now in poultry.
Construction of shed is not included in the above calculation please note.
Now you can decide to start poultry.

Hello Sir

Need expertise to setup poultry for around 5000/10000 chicks in Murbad - Maharashtra.
What will be the capital cost & re-occuring cost and the profit margin.
