Can one obtain directly a vial or two (as per requirement)of germ plasm of a particular breed of bull maintained by Govt semen collection centres to inseminate one's cow of same breed or whether one has to approach the centre through any livestock deptts.Because one can not transport one's cow to wherever the same breed bull is available,for crossing.Any expert or knowledgeable person in this regard may please clarify,for which I will be grateful.Regards,Raju.
