We have 5.5 acres of good fertile land in the konkan region of Maharashtra. The land is at Guhagar about 4 Kms from the sea beach. It is a predominantly horticulture crop growing area with mango and cashew orchards all over the place. We have a dug well which provides ample water even in the summers, a small farm house and also a cow shade. Plantation includes cashew-around 600 plants, mango-around 40 plants,chickoo-20 plants,banana-50 plants, beetulnut (supari)-around 150 plants, coconut-around 40 plants and a few black pepper, dalchini and pineapple.
