Can we do arecanut plantation in Ghazipur Dist- , Uttar Pradesh ?

I have read several article but unable to find, can we do arcanut plantation in State uttar pradesh - Dist- Ghazipur. Please help me to get the answers.

Yes. You can do, provided there is enough water supply, especially in summer.
