Question Can Sorghum be raised at 13 degrees N latitude, 40 m above sea level?

I am interested in raising sorghum as an alternative to rice as a feed grain in Cambodia. It would be raised during the dry season, from Dec - April, 33 degree C High temp, 22 degree low,very little rain but flood irrigation is available on intermittent basis. What varieties would work? Where is hybrid seed available?
