Can I use domestic power connection for watering coconut trees ?

Greetings,
I have around 0.4 Acres of Aquaculture land.I drilled a bore well in it. For power consumption I plan to use domestic EB Connection. And have a plan to plant some coconut in the farm Land. My question is can we use the domestic power connection for watering the coconut trees? Or I can apply free service for the 0.4 Acres of Land.Please suggest some solution.
