Dear Goutham,
You can avail loans from nationalized banks to start the dairy farming, If you have bank of baroda near to you, please visit them and inquire about the loan possibilities.
But do realize that you have to keep a down payment for any loan

Yes, You can get Bank loan from any Nationalized Banks nearest to your village.
You open an account in the bank and read their schemes written in their cataloger.And All the Nationalized banks are advised to give loan for Dairy farms.
You make a small project:
1.cost of constructing the shed,
2.cost of buying the cows,
3. you must Identify the breed / category of the cows,
4. How much income you will earn from the production. ( your daily milk sales )
5.Daily expenses
6.Your cross & Net Profit ( Income-expenditure )
Ready project is available in NABARD'S website
