Can anyone tell me if selling bio-diesel in 2018 profitable?

Im going to produce bio-diesel in india, is it profitable to sell each litre at Rs. 50 today in 2018, or can i export it to other countries? I dont have any farm land but will give farmers contract to farm Jatropha.
