hi, i want to buy 15 acers of land the land cost is 1.50 lac per acers i can invest 7 lacs from my pocket rest i want t take a loan is it possible. if yes plz e mail me . dont pm me.

avail loan agiants land

you can avail loan from any nationalized bank against the land you are purchasing. I assure you if you go to bank with all proper documents related to land, as per market value of the land they will lend you money.
 

Loan for Land Purchase

You will get loan for land purchase. But the quantum of loan depends upon the land value we reveal while registering the documents. Though the land value in the open market is around Rs.1.50 lakhs, the registration value would be around Rs.50000/=. Then you will get loan on the latter. Better way would be to get the help of you relatives and friends. After making investment, you should go for annual crops like Banana, Papaya, Turmeric or Ginger to get the retunrs to repay the loan immediately.
