dear any one,

can any body please tell me how to protect dried asparagus racemosus roots(shatavar) from fungus as well as from moisture as i am doing cultivation of it where i should kept these dried roots for long time to protect it from fungus and moisture .

please mail me or call me if any one knows about this.

On an average, 12,000 to 14,000 kg of fresh roots can be harvested from one hectare area which on drying may yield about 1000 to 1200 kg of dried roots
Dried roots could be either made into powder and stored in air tight container in order to preserve its efficacy
