Can any body advice me how to start aloe vera farming in Odisha ?

I am a Software Engineer and want to start aloe vera farming. Can any body advice me how to start aloe vera farming in Odisha (80 KM from Bhubaneswar). Can I get loan fot it to plan in 10 Acres land? and need to know profit analysis before jumping to the business. Foe where I can get baby plants.
