Under what terms the Govt of Malaysia has provided 100 hec of land to the
company ? Who owns the land ? If Govt is a shareholder in profits? What are the govt's ratio?

How much investment is required?

How the investment has to be made ? How is Indian Govt looped in as the transaction would be in Foreign Currency and the investment would be in
Foreign country?

Thank you for replying my post.
Here are the answers for your questions.

1) For How Long this company has been registered ?
This company has been registered In in the year of 1995

2) For how long this company is doing business?
Since it's establishment

3)For how long company had been profitable ?
Has been profitable for 10 years

4)Looking at 100 Cows 60 Goats company looks at its infancy?
We have it mixed with matured ones and also kids and calf.

5)Under what terms the Govt of Malaysia has provided 100 hec of land to the
company ? Who owns the land ? If Govt is a shareholder in profits? What are the govt's ratio?

Actually the Govt of Malaysia has given the company lease for 60 solid years and which will be extended another 60 years. We have all the proper documentation being done. It was given to the company under the flagship of agriculture and to be specific in ORGANIC venture. The Land is owned by the company itself, SriMannJaya Private Limited. The company has 2 main directors.Govt is not a shareholder in anyways. Total margin of profit belongs to the company.

6)How much investment is required?

The capital of investment will be varying according to the size of venture and nature of cultivation. It depends on how we are going to develop the land.

7)How the investment has to be made ? How is Indian Govt looped in as the transaction would be in Foreign Currency and the investment would be in
Foreign country?

The investment will happen in a normal way. This can be achieved either through govt or directly with the company. As you know, Malaysian Govt are calling for foreign investors to invest in Malaysia especially in agriculture field.
