Dear Mr Rishi
Why thinking of old unit. Go for new unit. Best place is Bihar due to govt policies and natural resources. Bihar govt gives 35% subsidy on capital investment ( Up-to 5.00 Crores) 50% subsidy on DGset, No stamp duty on land purchase.
We will provide you all the help in getting subsidies.
