Buying Agricultural Land

Hi,
Divine Developers is developing some agricultural land near Kanakapura. The MD says the land is in his name and some land in the name of his friends. He says agricultural land cannot be owned by a company. He intends developing the land, creating a club house etc. He is selling plots starting from minimum 5 guntas. He claims he does not require any approval from Kanakapura Land Authority. He will be simply registering the land in our name post-payment. Please advise if I can go ahead.

careful for if ur non agri income is more than Rs.2,00,000.00 then u r not entitled to buy agri land, pl check with the register office before u part with your money

dear please tell me if my mother in law and wife are farmer i can become farmer.


like above case i can buy farm land and sell to individual who are not farmers.

is there any loop hole in procedure.
