we are proud to announce that we are almost finalising the business agreement with the japnese company for manufacturing of preserved flowers.
We are the first one to start commercial preserved flower manufacturing and assembling unit in the world.
Japnese company will be responsible for the marketing of flowers in Japan whereas we will manufacture it and market it to the rest of the world through our business contacts.
Preserved flower has huge market in Japan. Manufacturing of preserved flowers in Japan is expensive as compared to import from India.
The japnese company will give us training and the technical know how and after that we will become their licenced processor for preserved flower. So there wont be any problem for export to Japan.
After training we will sign a business agreement with them for the buyback of preserved flowers manufactured by us for japan market.
We can sublicence our producers in India to make preserved flowers. This licence is valid for India, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
Business agreement signed will be to the tune of 3,00,000 USD per year( Not fixed)
We however are a marketing firm so together we can manufacture and market it to the company and various other firms in Japan.
We are currently looking for 1 partner from India to associate with us for this project:
1) Must have a strong financial background, the investement could be to the tune of 15 lacs.
2) Must have a rose farm or close proximity to rose farms (prefrebly bangalore)
3) Must have preserved flower manufacturing section ( rooms/ quarters) with electricity and staff.
Flowers to be used are: roses, carnationans, orchids and hydrangeas.
The product will be launched in various countries including India.
