Automatic rice mill plant is popular in the market, which is better for the farmer, family to produce the high quality rice by themselves .It is easy to be installation, operation and maintain. All the unit machine is combined together in the structure which will take a little space.
1.Bucket Elevator is mainly used to transport millet in complete processing line.
2.Vibrating Screen is specially used for separating the impurities from rice
3.After cleaning, rice will be transported into Proportion Stoner to separate the stone.
4.The rice into the rice huller machine to remove the shell.It can separate the shell from the paddy husk mixture through the suction effect.
5.Paddy separating screen used to separate the brown rice and rice.
6.Rice milling machine is adopted to peel the rice and brown rice.
7.The rice that has removed the shell will be into the rice polishing machine.Rice polished machine is mainly used for cleaning the millet to make them look brightly. It is one of the key processing millet.
