I am looking for advice from farmers with experience on buffalo calf rearing unit for meat production.
Plan to employ 2 laborers with a salary of 8000 PM for 20 buffalo calves and use hydroponics fodder and other self-grown fodder (grass, Jack fruit leaves, coconut leaves, banana leaves etc)
The idea is to be self-sufficient in terms of fodder to reduce cost.
Have a confirmed market for all the fully grown buffalo's and dung produced round the year.
I am looking for below information
1. Cost of male buffalo calf
2. Production Cost of hydroponic fodder/KG
3. Duration required for buffalo Calves to grow and mature
