If any one can define , Zero Budget? I would like to know?
If any activity involves - Man hour / woman hour - then we have to to calculate the wages for the same. Then how a ecnomic activity will see only profits and not expenses ?
If any input like land, water, organic inputs/ in organic inputs ( rent/ lease amount/ cost of land/ opportunity cost of land / cost of water source/ power to bring the water/ channels for irrigation/ etc/ cost of sourcing orgainic and inorganic inputs etc/ time involved in sourcing inputs etc/
What ever be may the economic activity / income generating activity - there is cost involved/ expenses and income- / interest / rate of returns.
I agree that in the ecnomoci activity cost/ expenses can come down by better management and practices and But It will never be ZERO
