Always well known for good water suppy & Infrastrucure ( Western Maharashtra), on Pune Hyderabad Highway on Solapur Road, there is a beautiful black soil which is rich for any kind of agriculturing. nearby Bheema river from where water can be get. proposed industrial zone, always profitable. Where some one can build big projects like teakwood plantation, Ayurvedic medicine plantation, Sugar cane, there are 2-3 sugar factories nearby, Kurkumbh MIDC is nearby, near about 100-400 Acres ( @8 Lac per Acre).
