In addition to providing fuel, these systems offer an environmentally friendly way of treating waste. As waste is processed in a biodigester, it is sterilized by methane-producing bacteria and the high-methane environment; over 90% of protozoa, cysts and disease-causing bacteria, such as E. Coli, are killed. The effluent that remains after gas production is a high quality organic fertilizer that can be safely used on food crops. Some studies have shown that this liquid fertilizer has a higher nutritional value than the feedstock initially put in. Families, for whom AIDG has installed biodigesters, have reported seeing the quality of their crops improve dramatically after only one year of using biodigester fertiliz

Dear Friends,
We , from Arjun Energy Corporation, Salem, Tamilnadu India, have been manufacturing bio Digesters at a very much affordable cost and supply through out India. For eg. a One cubic meter biogas digester (Plant) would cost only Rs.5,800/- from which one can get gas every day for a family of 5 - 6 members, by putting 25 kgs of cowdung( 2 Cows), and can get organic manure about 15 kgs per day.
It would cost only 1/10 of the cost of a Steel durm or a concrete dome based
biogas plants.
We also supply only Gas Storage kits too.
Our Digesters are even used in Large Industrial units, which has the capacity to withhold 5000 Cubic metres too.
